Most Building Journey’s with Walkom start with a site consultation. it is a crucial step in the process.

What is involved in a Walkom Site Consultation?

  • On site consultation with Experienced and Licenced Builder and Owner of Walkom – Chris Walkom and/or a member of our design team
  • On-site feedback about your design ideas to establish the design criteria
  • Identification of foreseeable costs and concerns associated with the site which you may not have considered or accounted for in the budget. Such as Access, Utility Connections, Existing Services, Possible Rectification work to be allowed for during or after construction
  • A report detailing the onsite inspection findings including a written high-level preliminary estimate on the design discussion and report findings

Along with the report we will give our expert opinion on the next steps you should follow, which may be commencing on working drawings, an engineering report, or revisiting the existing design for some changes.

It will emailed back to you within 48 hours of the site consultation. GUARANTEED!

Our Site Consultations have an upfront $147 fee that is 100% refundable should you move onto the next step in the process.
