The communication from Chris was excellent. He kept us informed of progress and planned activities and advised us when changes to planned dates for activities or milestones needed to be adjusted and why this was happening. They did things when they said they would. The trades and contractors were neat and cleaned up after themselves. They ensured the site was safe and secure at all times What words would you use to describe Walkom Constructions? Well organised, actually provided a quote when asked, turned up on time, responded to our requests, customer focused, ensured we were happy with the project outcome and very friendly. What advice would you give to someone who was thinking of building, renovating or extending? Go with a builder who is customer focussed and wants to meet your needs, has good feedback from clients and is willing to work with you when it is necessary to vary the design to achieve a better result.

Walkom Constructions managed 2 major projects for me in 2015. The design and build of a 2 story office block and a major renovation of our family home Chris was in charge of managing everything from design to final handover. He managed these tasks very well and kept us informed of progress throughout. Chris comes highly recommended and I would engage Walkom Constructions again for any required work.
