NEEDS ANALYSIS

Following your initial contact with us, you will be asked to complete our comprehensive Needs Analysis Questionnaire. This allows us to determine the stage you are up to in your building process and how we can best help you moving forward.
 

INITIAL CONSULTATION

You will meet with Daniel (our Director) to discuss all the relevant options and potential restrictions relating to your new build. This discussion includes, but is not limited to, your site (access, slope, sewer, size, position, aspect etc.), your plans, relevant approvals, and the level of fixtures and fittings desired.

PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT

The preliminary agreement is put in place to outline the costing involved to formulate a detailed quote for your project. This agreement also outlines the documentation required to conduct the preliminary pricing.
 
 

PRICING

An enormous amount of effort and care goes into our quotation process to ensure your quote provides all the information you need to make an informed decision. As luxury homebuilders we source the best trades and the highest quality products and will deliver a quote that presents the best value for money for your custom home build.
 
 

CONSTRUCTION

Throughout the construction process you will have access to Daniel and your nominated site supervisor who will keep you in the loop every step of the build. You will also have access to our revolutionary customised software system, which gives you live updates on the progress of your project, including costings, timeline and variations as well as photos from the site showing work in progress.

HANDOVER

A pre-handover walk-through is conducted to ensure you are completely satisfied with the finished result. All warranties are provided in a folder for safe keeping at this time. You will have ongoing access to our team for any maintenance requirements that may arise after handover. It always gives us great pleasure at the handover stage knowing your next chapter in your amazing new home is about to begin.

CONCEPT DRAWINGS


We’ll create concept drawings based on our initial consultation, shaped around your design goals and site needs. Once you’re happy with the layout, we’ll provide a cost estimate to make sure everything fits within your budget. You may also meet with our interior designer to choose finishes, fittings, and features. This stage brings your ideas to life while keeping a balance between style and practicality.

ONLINE ACCESS


You’ll receive 24/7 access to our secure online portal through our website. This platform allows you to track your project details in real-time — including selections, key documents, and updates on progress. From early planning through to construction, you’ll stay informed and engaged every step of the way. It’s all part of making your experience smooth, transparent, and stress-free.

CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS


Construction Drawings are completed so that they can be submitted for approval. At this stage we detail a specification to suit your home which enables us to calculate and offer a proposal. Once a proposal is agreed a Master Builders Association contract is written up

LETS BUILD


We organise council approvals and are with you every step of the way during your project. You will continue to have 24/7 online access to your project so you know exactly what’s happening next and have full control of your project from start to finish

HANDOVER


Here’s the finishing part, we will show you through your finished home to ensure you are 100% satisfied. We will also pass on our warranties book with your 72 Month Structural Warranty and 24 Month General Defect Warranty. Enjoy your newly renovated home.
