Our Consultation Pack includes:

Site consultation with Chris Walkom, the Director of Walkom Constructions, Newcastle’s Award Winning Builder, and Winner of HIA Hunter Area Professional Small Builder the past 3 years in a row.
A walk through of the preliminary stages of your project.
An assessment of the existing dwelling and site including any constraints.
A site report covering details of the site assessment and identifying any potential issues regarding the existing building and materials, and current services. This will indicate the types of designs you should avoid, which can potentially save you 10s of thousands of dollars.
Review and commentary on any plans.
An estimated timeframe for the project.
A specified level of finish for the project.
Initial preliminary cost indication of your project. (construction estimate)
Recommendations for the project planning and execution

The information provided in the site consultation pack will give you a clear indication of the next steps which may be commencing on concept designs, obtaining an engineering report, liaising with building certifier, or revisiting the existing design for some changes.

Walkom Constructions managed 2 major projects for me in 2015.
